1. What kind of payments do you accept? We only accept wire transfers, money orders or checks, for your orders. We cannot accept Credit Cards at this time. A working deposit or payment in full is required before any work can commence. Final payment must be received 30 days before your completed item can be shipped to clear our bank.

3. How long will it take to get my order? From the time of deposit, which puts your order on our fabrication list, our turn around time is approximately 6 - 8 weeks. If you have a time sensitive order, please let us know.

4. Do you do international shipping? International orders are usually posted through Fed-Ex which can be tracked Online. Or for less cost registered mail that can not be tracked.

5. How can I return defective merchandise? I do not send defective merchandise. All my work is fabricated and confirmed by me personally by digital photo's, so there are no surprises, before shipping.

6. Original one of a kind design sketches. I do not use CAD digital technology and have no interest in it; I sketch my ideas with pencil and paper as an artist. You tell me what you have in mind and I prepare the plans and ideas to come alive on paper.

I prepare 2 possibilities to choose from. And you receive the designs in PDF form by email.
