Have your .960 platinum Lucida ring totally made by hand like this to the highest standards possible by the master of the craft, engineered to fit your diamond, and your finger exactly.
For platinum Lucida ring mounts that take up to 1 ct. or 6.5 mm square diamonds the cost is $2,000.00
Once we come to an agreement as to the type of design you have decided on, I can quote on the cost of making that original one of a kind piece
The funds should be received by check or bank transfer within a few days of our quote before I can start fabricating you piece of jewelry.
Then at that point I proceed directly in platinum, and you will receive pictures
of your piece as the process advances through the different stages until it is
finished. This type of work takes up to 8 weeks to finalize, only once it has
been started.
I do not use wax to create and cast my platinum jewelry, I work directly in .960
platinum. I use 4% ruthenium alloy.
All my platinum pieces are made with
rolled out platinum hand wrought which compresses the platinum to perfection,
for the very high gloss finish that only compressed molecules can provide that
my customers love.
This finish is not achieved with cast parts from a wax pattern that we so often
see today.
The problems that we hear so much about today with bad platinum is the result of
casting, as castings often look good till it is too late, and that could be on
you hand years later.
Casting platinum has become common practice, it is a mode of working for the
majority as they have not been trained to work directly in metal, and cost
cutting by the fabricator to accommodate the retailers “store keepers” the
resellers, as they claim all the profit on the sale, and leave as little as
possible for the artist.

Option (A)
For your security and ours all we require are the dimensions of your diamond / stone we prepare a silver template of your diamond / stone according to the dimensions you supply us so we can proceed to create your ring to fit your stone. This way there are never any insurance issues as your stone is never out of your sight.
Option (B)
We do not accept liability for outside merchandise. Insurance should be current and active by the owner, insuring against loss or damage before sending anything to us through an authorized dealer, or authorized appraiser.
We only accept shipments of documented goods from authorized dealers, or authorized appraisers, with advance confirmed notice.
We can not accept goods from outside Canada; the paper work is a night mare.
Reason to consider option (A)
It is simple to have main stones installed (set) by your stone vendor or appraiser.
